Blade pump problems and related solutions

Detailed installation instructions and precautions are generally included in the product instructions for the vane pump. However, in actual use, there are often faults and problems such as these. Most of these problems should be caused by improper use. The proportion of improper use of the oil pump is as high as 96%. The real problem of product quality is Very few. In order to distinguish which type of problem belongs to, the correct use and the cause of the fault, the following experience is provided for reference:     

    

First, several manifestations of improper use:     

    

1. Wrong installation method:     

    

 a. The coupling is too tight: because the coupling between the coupling and the shaft is too small or no gap, the bearing will be injured when striking hard, resulting in early damage of the bearing and affecting the life of the entire pump.     

    

b. Axial axial force: Since the coupling does not have a certain axial clearance during installation, the rigid installation will damage the bearing and the bearing retaining ring, and in serious cases will damage the entire pump core.     

    

c. Coaxiality is out of tolerance: If the coaxiality exceeds the specified value during installation, the bearing and the whole pump core will be eccentric and early damaged. Generally, the control is about 0.1 mm.     

    

2. The system environment is bad     

    

a. The oil is too dirty: because the fuel tank is not sealed, the surrounding dust and iron filings can be mixed into the oil to cause early damage to the oil pump.     

    

b. The temperature is too high: due to the absence of a cooling device, the oil temperature will continue to rise during continuous use of the machine. If the oil temperature is as high as 70° or more for a long time, the life of the oil pump will be greatly shortened, and it will generally be damaged (sometimes shorter) in half a year to one year.     

    

c. Influent in the oil: In the device with water cooling, the water is not well sealed, causing the water to enter the oil, causing the pump parts to rust, lock, and vane.     

    

Second, the judgment of common fault phenomena:     

    

1. Research pump (burning plate):     

    

Cause: The oil is too dirty, improperly installed, the water is in the oil, there are iron filings in the oil (new machines often occur), the oil temperature is high or the manufacturing precision of the parts is not enough.     

    

2. High noise:     

    

Especially big     

    

a. The oil inlet leaks. (O-ring seal is out of order, the screw is too long or the flange is too thin)     

    

b. The filter is clogged and the oil flow is not enough.     

    

c. The viscosity of the oil is too high. (The weather is too cold or the grade is wrong)     

    

d. Assembly error. (When changing the position of the inlet and outlet, the method and the method are not proper or the sealing ring is not installed and the pump positioning is not inserted into the hole of the back cover, etc.)     

    

Larger     

    

a. All of the above are present.     

    

b. The quality of the product is not good.     

    

3. The system has no pressure:     

    

a. The overflow valve is out of order. (need to be cleaned or replaced)     

    

b. The pressure relief valve fails. (need to be cleaned or replaced)     

    

4. When the curve in the stator is corrugated in the shape of a washboard:     

    

It is caused by poor oil absorption. The phenomenon is unstable pressure, low pressure, high noise, obvious metal knocking sound, and the squeaking sound caused by the compressed air being compressed. The reasons are as follows:     

    

a, the oil is too sticky and insufficient oil absorption.     

    

b. The suction filter is clogged or too small, and the oil absorption area is not enough.     

    

c. The oil level is too low and the oil is not in place.     

    

5. If the system exceeds the rated standard, the following conditions will occur:     

    

A. The shell is broken.     

    

B. The stator is broken.     

    

C, the shaft is broken.     

    

D, the screw is broken.     

    

E, life is shortened.     

    

Cause: If the fuel tank fluid is too dirty or enters the iron filings, the flow valve and other functional valves are stuck, which will cause the pressure to rise indefinitely. If the system “safety protection & rdquo; design is unreasonable or & ; ldquo; security factor & amp; rdquo; too low will also cause transient pressure exceeds the standard, when the system pressure exceeds the rated standard, the internal parts of the pump core can not withstand high pressure, resulting in a part of the fracture or rapid shortening of life.     

    

Check the pressure: connect the pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the oil pump and observe the pressure under normal working conditions.     

    

Third, the technical identification of the oil pump after serious damage:     

    

After the oil pump is damaged, first check the appearance, internal and related phenomena. When the following phenomena occur, the corresponding reason can be determined:     

    

1. Bearing damage: When the pump core is seriously damaged, there are many damages. As long as there are bearing damages, it will be regarded as improper installation. (Because the bearing is damaged first, when the bearing is damaged, the shaft will oscillate, and other parts will be damaged under high-speed swing)     

    

2, the liner has rust: When the pump core seriously damages multiple damages, as long as there is rust. It is always considered to be caused by water in the oil. (Because the oil is normal, there will never be rust.)     

    

3, the oil quality is not good: When the pump core is seriously damaged, as long as there are stolen goods, foreign matter or oil in the oil has become black, it is regarded as oil dirty, oil quality is not good.     

    

4, mandrel rupture: should try to check the location of the fracture, if the material or heat treatment is not good, its damage point should be the weakest link, that is, the smallest diameter or spline, if not at the weakest location should be considered installation Improper, the coaxiality deviation is too large.     

    

5. When inspecting materials, the composition of the materials, metallographic structure, hardness, etc. should be checked. At the same time, the sequence and causal relationship of the damaged parts should be analyzed, and the cause can be found.     

    

Fourth, the following items are quality problems in product manufacturing:     

    

1. High noise: If other reasons are excluded, it should be a quality problem.     

    

2. Part scratching: The scratch of the rotor and the side plate is symmetrical, and the phenomenon of diagonal scratching should be a quality problem.     

    

3. Shaft fracture: The quality of the shaft is broken when it is in the weakest place and the other parts are intact.     

    

4. Rotor breakage: Other parts are not broken, only the rotor is broken, which is a quality problem.     

    

5. Blade breakage: Other parts are not broken, only the blade is broken, which is a quality problem.
