1.3 Oil pump: Check the shaft seal and other oil leakage.
1.4 Pressure oil pipe: Different oil passages at the pressure end should be inspected one by one in the direction of oil flow, and there should be no leakage.
1.5 Control section: Mainly check the leakage at the valve interface.
1.6 Oil return line and oil filter: Check the leakage of the filter. The filter must be inspected. If there is no pollution indication, remove the filter and check if it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
1.7 Actuator: Check for leaks.

1.9 Electrical section: Regularly check the connection of the motor wiring section.
2. The hydraulic system should be replaced once after the first use of the hydraulic system, and then replaced every six months to ensure the normal operation of the system.
3. During the operation of the hydraulic system, the oil filter should be checked at any time and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time.
4. The hydraulic system should always be equipped with consumable parts and spare parts for auxiliary parts in order to deal with faults in time.
5. When the indoor oil temperature in winter does not reach 25 °C, the sequence operation is not allowed. When the summer oil temperature is higher than 60 °C, pay attention to the working condition of the system and notify the maintenance personnel to handle it. .
6. For equipment that has been shut down for more than four hours, the pump should be operated at no load for five minutes before starting the actuator operation.
7. The interlocking device of the electronic control system, the damage or the position of any limit stop can not be arbitrarily adjusted.
8. When the hydraulic system fails, it is not allowed to tamper with it, and the maintenance department should be notified immediately to analyze the cause and eliminate it. Regularly check the components and accessories of the hydraulic system.
